The Bucket List

The chance to spend eight months abroad doesn’t come around every day. Spain’s the treasure chest of Europe: there’s so much to see and do in so many shapes and sizes, whether you’re into culture, fiestas, beaches, mountains, architecture, or if you just want to get well away from the beaten track like me. Hey, Extremadura – wish granted! So I’m going to draw up a list of no less than fifty things to do whilst I’m here in Iberia. It’d be foolhardy to think I’ll accomplish even half of them, but it’s a challenge I’m willing to take head-on! At the very least, I’m going to try to minesweep the rest of the Spanish communidades that I haven’t yet visited. Besides, my love affair with Spain isn’t a short term thing. I’ll always come back for more.
